- You'll see a "Welcome, [Your Name]" screen. Tap Get started.
- On the "Do these details look right?" screen, confirm your legal name, last 4 digits of your SSN, and date of birth. If any of this information is incorrect, contact your HR department.
- Create your login details (if you don't already have an account with EarnIn).
- Review Notices & Consents: check the boxes to acknowledge EarnIn's Privacy Policy, Consent to Data Transfer, and agree to the General Terms of Service and E-Sign Consent Agreement. The SMS marketing consent is optional.
- Tap Create account.
Returning user: Log in to EarnIn

8. Cash Out — Earned Wage Access
Cash Out lets you access a portion of your earned wages before your scheduled payday. The more hours you have recorded, the more you may be eligible to access.
Understanding Cash Out eligibility
Where to go: EarnIn Home → Cash out tile or Transfer tab
| Topic | Detail |
|---|---|
| How eligibility is calculated | EarnIn uses your recorded hours and pay rate to estimate earnings so far. The available amount updates as you log more hours. |
| Payroll connection | For EarnIn Payroll users, timecard data flows directly into Cash Out eligibility — no bank connection required. |
| Pay period progress bar | The Paycheck card shows a progress bar (e.g. JUL 14 → JUL 28) indicating how far through the pay period you are. |
| After payday | Your full paycheck is deposited to your direct deposit accounts. Any Cash Out amounts are automatically reconciled. |
Cash Out availability depends on your employer's EarnIn configuration. Contact HR if you don't see a Cash Out option.
