Login Failure Error Codes

Beginning with ReadyPay Online 1.10.7.0, login error messages have been changed.

Login error messages now include a code instead of verbiage about what caused the error. Using codes instead of descriptive error messages prevents unauthorized users from gathering details about the cause of the failure.

3002IP Address Restriction configured on user account.
6001User account is invalid or does not have a verified email address.
6002Username is no longer available.
6003Unable to locate user account.
6004Unable to locate employee record.
6005Unable to locate username (using Forgot Password page).
6005Unable to locate a matching employee record (using Forgot Username page).
6006Forgot Password functionality is disabled for your account.
6007Unable to send forgot password email. Invalid username.
6008Your account does not contain a valid email address.
7001User account is disabled or username is invalid.
7002Invalid username.
9001Unable to create new user account. User already exists for employee.
9002Unable to create new user account. Username already in use.
9003Unable to locate employee record.
9004Unable to create new user account. User already exists for employee.
9005Unable to create new user account. Username already in use.
9006Unable to locate user account.
9007Unable to create new user account with new username. Username already in use.
