May–December 2026 ReadyPay Online Release Notes
The format of release notes is changing, effective May 2026. ReadyPay Online release notes will now be published in one continuous solutions article for the year. The latest update will always be shown at the top of the article. Older updates will then appear in the order in which they were released.

Your service bureau must be using ReadyPay version 3.77.0.9 to install this update.

ReadyPay Online and ReadyPay updates must be installed during the same maintenance window.

High impact tickets: Emergency contacts now have a "Notify if detained?" checkbox. See TAPS-1277 for details. Employee Navigator integration has been updated. See TAPS-1403 for more information. Onboarding's employer I-9 verifications now require the employer's Authorized Representative to have a title in their user account profile. See TAPS-1446 for details. National Crime Search integration now includes E-Verify. See TAPS-1481 for details. Service bureaus that have a scheduled SQL task for the OnePoint_RemoveHistory stored procedure must take action before upgrading RPO. See TAPS-1310 for details. Several Web.config files require manual updates. See TAPS-1555 for details. Employers that are configured for Workhub will begin to see the new branding. See sample below:

Download the ReadyPayOnline_1.43.4.0.zip from the Releases/ReadyPayOnline folder on the Taslar FTP.

Unzip/Extract the contents of this file to a temporary folder on your web server (wherever RPO is installed).

| TAPS-1446 | I-9 has been fixed. Last Name, First Name, and Title for the employer’s Authorized Representative now populate correctly on the form during onboarding. Note: Every user account that completes the I-9 verification must have a title. Go to System > Security > Users. Select an account, and complete the Title field. |

| TAPS-1461 | Onboarding no longer requires the employer to enter a new hire’s SSN and birthdate when creating the New Hire packet. Note: New hires must still complete these fields to submit their New Hire packet. |

| TAPS-1310 | Stored procedure OnePoint_RemoveHistory has been updated to correct a Foreign Key error when processing the ApprovalEntityFieldChange table. Note: Service bureaus that run this stored procedure as a SQL job must review and record the current retention settings for each item, and apply the same changes to the new stored procedure once the ReadyPay Online upgrade is complete. |
