Installation Instructions

1. Download the ReadyPayOnline_1.40.2.0.zip from the Releases/ReadyPayOnline folder on the Taslar FTP.

2. Unzip/Extract the contents of this file to a temporary folder on your web server (wherever RPO is installed).

3. Back up the contents of your existing web applications folders.

4. Stop the following services on the appropriate servers: IIS, Integration Service, and Notification Service.

5. Run the ReadyPayOnline_1.40.2.0.msi on your web server. During the installation, click on each feature to ensure that the "Location:" (installation path) is still correct.

6. Run the ReadyPayOnline_1.40.2.0_Release.sql file against your RPO database in SSMS on your RPO SQL Server.

7. Perform any file replacements you may have as part of your maintenance routine (logo files, CSS etc.).

8. Restart all the services that you stopped in Step 4.

9. Recycle all Application Pools in IIS (this is necessary if you use any Session State application).

10. We strongly suggest you test login to your RPO site and Employee Kiosk site after your upgrade is complete to ensure that the pages load appropriately.

TAPS-692	3rd Party Sick Pay checks display the correct warning when there is a variance in SS and MED taxes.
TAPS-349	ACA Audit Dashboard’s Excel export will now include a “Self Insured” column.
TAPS-687	Accrual setup page no longer marks some fields as read-only when you first navigate to or refresh the page.
TAPS-721	Added EInfo.rehireDate to the list of monitored fields from Employee Navigator.
TAPS-795	Employee deductions that are linked to Employee Retirement records are read-only. Note: A ReadyPay solutions article on setting up and managing Employee Retirement settings will be published later this week.
TAPS-767	Employee Direct Deposits have been updated with the following changes: Primary accounts no longer have to be added before adding secondary accounts. Primary accounts can be end-dated and added when there are active secondary accounts. Account nickname is no longer cleared after a supervisor approves an employee’s change. Note: A “Primary” account is now defined as the active direct deposit record having the highest sequence number with an amount code of %, and an amount of “100.00". The ReadyPay Online and ReadyPay solution articles about Employee Direct Deposits have been updated with this information.
TAPS-738	Manual Check Calculator can once again be used for employees with the old FITW filing status of S or M. Previously, the calculator was disabled for employees with those FITW filing statuses.
TAPS-777	Misc Checks page has been updated to show the correct amounts for ACH entries. Previously, ACH entries would always show zero.
TAPS-190	Onboarding’s I-9 has been updated. The form now supports the Form I-94 expiration value of “D/S”. The employer’s representative's title alignment has been improved.
TAPS-490	Performance Management now allows the HR Personnel contact to reject an appraisal once the supervisor has completed it. The Reject Appraisal button will appear to the right Approve Appraisal button. Rejecting an appraisal will reopen the appraisal and reassign it to the supervisor. An email notice will be sent to the supervisor with instructions. The content of the email is not configurable.
TAPS-225	Preprocess Register and Preprocess Labor reports that are run from the Batch Totals page on new companies will now have default settings for Format, Totals, and Page Breaks. Previously, these reports had default settings only after they were run for the first time.
TAPS-393	PTO History page has been updated with the following fixes. The correct carry-over amount is displayed when the employee’s balance clears and carries over to the same accrual code. The navigation controls at the bottom of the page work correctly. The PTO Class field can now display accrual codes that contain symbols.
TAPS-696	Retro Pay Calculator’s Prior Adjustment sub-tab will now include a list of checks using the Retro paytype, an earning code with the earnType "Retro", or an earning code “Retro”.
TAPS-150, TAPS-200, TAPS-352	System Imports has been updated with the following fixes and enhancements: Column Transform option MULTIPLY100 has been added. Use this option to convert decimals to percent (e.g.: .05 to 5). Company Mappings now allow the “co” field to be mapped to a value in the import file. Date formats MMDDYYYY and MMDDYY are now accepted. When 2-digit years are imported, values of 50-99 will be imported as 1950-1999. Values of 00-49 will be imported as 2000-2049. Employee deductions using RateAmount and RatePercent, and the amounts are zero, correctly end date an employee’s deduction. Employee imports now support the federaladditionalincome, federaladditionaldeduction, and federaltaxcredits fields.
TAPS-705	Webclock’s Missed Meal Penalty rule has been fixed. It now correctly caps at 2 hours of missed meal time per day.
TAPS-834	Workhub account migration has been disabled for employees who are supervisors. Supervisors must continue using the legacy Kiosk site to make approvals and access the Management menus. Note: This issue was first corrected in a patch to the September 2025 ReadyPay Online release.
