  • Multiple config files require manual updates. The install package contains a RPO_Q2_2025_Config file changes.pdf document that explains the changes.

  • The Kiosk login page has undergone a slight change. Users now enter their Username and click the "Next" button. The user will then enter their password and click the "Login" button.

  • Many improvements have been made to the Performance Management module. See the updated Performance Management setup guide for details.

Installation Instructions

  1. Download the ReadyPayOnline_1.37.2.1.zip from the Releases/ReadyPayOnline folder on the Taslar FTP.

  2. Unzip/Extract the contents of this file to a temporary folder on your web server (wherever RPO is installed).

  3. Back up the contents of your existing web applications folders.

  4. Stop the following services on the appropriate servers: IIS, Integration Service, and Notification Service.

  5. Run the ReadyPayOnline_1.37.2.1.msi on your web server. During the installation, click on each feature to ensure that the "Location:" (installation path) is still correct.

  6. Run the ReadyPayOnline_1.37.2.0_Release.sql file against your RPO database in SSMS on your RPO SQL Server.

  7. Run the RPOServices_1.37.2.0.msi on your web server or wherever the integration and notification services are installed.

  8. Perform any file replacements you may have as part of your maintenance routine (logo files, CSS etc.).

  9. Make all changes outlined in the RPO_Q2_2025_Config file changes.pdf document.

  10. Restart all the services that you stopped in Step 4.

  11. Recycle all Application Pools in IIS (this is necessary if you use any Session State application).

  12. We strongly suggest you test login to your RPO site and Employee Kiosk site after your upgrade is complete to ensure that the pages load appropriately.

TAPS-318Accrual Setup page has been improved (under Company > PTO). You can now upload one policy document for each accrual code. Policy documents must be a file format that is allowed in your RPO environment (e.g., PDF, Word, Excel, etc.). N.B. : The policy document will be available to employees in the merged EarnIn / Kiosk app experience.
TAPS-93Expense Reporting now accurately calculates mileage when multiple, similar Expense Group Setup codes are defined across multiple end clients. And those Expense Group Setup codes use a mix of custom and standard mileage reimbursement amounts.
TAPS-41Federal Form W-4 has been updated for 2025.
TAPS-234Kiosk will now display the inactivity message to employees and supervisors working on a Performance Management appraisal after they have been inactive for 20 minutes. Employees and supervisors will have the option to stay logged in or to log out.

  • You can now click on an employee and see a summary of their performance scores, and when the appraisal was signed.
  • There is an option to download the dashboard’s information to Excel. Filenames can be up to 30 characters.
  • The preview list of employees allows you to unselect specific employees to exclude from assigning the appraisal.
  • The position and cc-level filters will automatically limit the list of employees to active employees.
TAPS-94Performance Mangement Setup has been updated. Previously, changing the Goals settings once an appraisal had been assigned would prevent the employee and supervisor from submitting the appraisal.
TAPS-43Prior versions of an employee’s W-4 are now retained and labeled as “Archived,” and each contains a version number. The employee’s current W-4 is labeled as such.
TAPS-42Security rules now correctly control access to the Calc Code page (under Company > Earnings & Deductions).
TAPS-26Services and Service Levels now include entries for EarnIn integrations that will be released later in 2025.
TAPS-220System Imports now lets you add Column Mapping entries without having to reselect the Column Mapping Code.

  • The Documents Portal Access sub-tab in Company > Security and System > Security does not show the list of companies a user can access. Also, the user's current access cannot be changed.
  • Kiosk's "select company" list doesn't populate. Thus, users cannot change companies once logged in to Kiosk. This issue affects admin users with access to multiple companies.
