TAPS-1230Federal Form W-2 OMB number has been updated on 3-up stock.
TAPS-1415Frequency-based accruals are now correctly blocked by the Check Attribute/Pay Type "Block Accruals" setting. Previously, this setting was only honored if the blocked Pay Type was the batch's Default Check Attribute. The system now evaluates the setting on each check's Pay Type. The following settings can be used to block accruals, evaluated in this order: Block CalcAccruals (Calendar) — Blocks all accrual processing for all checks in all batches. Block Accrual Accumulation (Calendar) — Blocks accrual earning and accumulation for all checks in all batches, but does not block usage, clearing, banking, or rollover. Block Accruals — Paycheck Override — Blocks accruals on a specific check when a Check Attribute override has been saved for that paycheck. Block Accruals — Employee Override — Blocks accruals on checks of a given Pay Type when a Check Attribute override has been saved for that employee. Block Accruals — Company Default — Blocks accruals on checks of a given Pay Type based on the company's default Check Attribute settings. Note: This fix applies to frequency-based accruals only. Hourly-based accruals were not affected and required no changes.
TAPS-1332Georgia New Hire files will now include only alphanumeric characters.
TAPS-1376Idaho Annual Withholding Report (IDANN) will now print a non-fileable record copy.
TAPS-1443Payroll calculation for checks with add-to-net deductions on the same check with deductions that reduce net pay will no longer result in negative taxable wages. Previously, an issue existed in which taxable wages could go negative when a check’s taxable wages were zero, and an add-to-net deduction was applied to the same check.
TAPS-65Pennsylvania LST tax calculations have been fixed for semi-monthly payrolls that include employees with multiple checks in the batch. This fixes an issue where LST amounts may have been overwithheld.
TAPS-1414Preprocess Labor and hard-coded Labor Distribution reports will no longer include time-imported memo earnings in the Gross, Tot Liab, and Net Amt totals on the right side of the report.
