Install Instructions
-
Stop all but one instance of the Ready Pay Process Server service on your classic Process Servers in your service bureau environment.

SyncUp to EarnIn Payroll to receive tax updates.
-
Restart all classic and .Net process servers.

SyncUP RPO to ReadyPay to push the tax updates to RPO.

Restart your RPO process server(s).
CA Large Employer Pay Data Report ( Optional )

Download the 2026_CA_Paydata_Report.zip file from the /Releases/ReadyPayDesktop folder on the FTP server.

Unzip the file contents to a location in your service bureau environment where you can copy files and run a SQL query against your ReadyPay database.

Copy the RP_350_2401.rpt file to ReadyPay's shared Reports folder, thus overwriting the existing file.

Run the dbver1100.sql file against your ReadyPay database.

Repeat steps 3 and 4 against your RPO database if you want this report available on RPO.

| TAPS-1526 | Philadelphia, PA returns have been fixed. Previously, employees with multiple PA-PHI1 or PA-PHI2 tax codes could have had wages, the amount due, or the amount withheld overstated because the return's task didn't respect the tax record's end dates. |
