Your service bureau must be using ReadyPay Online 1.41.3.0 to install this update.

Your Service Bureau and ReadyPay Online environments must be upgraded during the same maintenance window. An additional RPO hotfix is included with this update.

Your ability to SyncUp to EarnIn Payroll has been disabled. Please notify Support at least 24 hours before installing this release so we can re-enable your ability to SyncUp.

High impact tickets:
- ACH file creation has been updated to the latest NACHA specs. See TAPS-144 for details.
- Deduction Auto Drop and Partial Drop logic has been updated. See TAPS-653 for details.
- SOC Code use has been expanded for Tipped wages reporting for the OBBB. See TAPS-1340 for details.
Installation Instructions

Download the ReadyPay_3.76.0.6.zip file from the Releases/ReadyPayDesktop folder on the Taslar FTP server .

Unzip the ReadyPay_3.76.0.6.zip file and place the contents in a central location where they can be run on all servers and workstations at the service bureau and the RPO environment.

Click here and follow the installation steps in the solutions article.

Copy the Entity.dll and WebApplication.RPO.dll files from the install package's "RPO_hotfix" folder to your RPO web server's RPO\bin folder (default location is C:\WebApplications\RPO\bin ), thus overwriting the existing files.

Run the SOCCode.sql file from the install package's "RPO_hotfix" folder against your RPO database.

Recycle the AppPool that contains the RPO application.

| TAPS-495 | California Pay Data report data collection logic now has two ways to gather which hours to include. You can create a Code Group called CAPAYDT and add the earnings you want to include on the report. Note: The Code Group acts as an override to the original data collection method of marking the “Worked” checkbox on the earning codes you want included on the report. |

| TAPS-653 | Deduction Auto Drop and Partial Drop logic has been updated to correctly handle checks with a mix of pre-tax and post-tax deductions. With this change, post tax deductions will drop first (reverse order by sequence), followed by pre-tax deductions (reverse order by sequence). If the deductions have the same sequence, the drop willl be by post-tax (alphabetic order), followed by pre-tax (alphabetic order). Note: You can override this default behavior by assigning priority values to deductions. |
