2026 January Federal W-2 OMB Patch Release Notes

You must be using ReadyPay version 3.74.0.18 (or higher) to apply this patch.

The DLL patch file is optional and only intended to fix the issue listed in the release notes. The same update will be included in the February 19th ReadyPay update. High impact ticket: OBBB and Qualified OT paycheck calculator script is now available. See TAPS-1266 for details.
Install Instructions

Download the MillProcPayroll.dll file from the Releases/ReadyPayDesktop folder on the EarnIn Payroll FTP server.

Stop all instances of the Ready Pay Process Server and ReadyPay .Net Process Server services in your service bureau environment.

Copy the MillProcPayroll.dll file you downloaded in Step 3 to every computer in your service bureau environment that runs the Ready Pay Process Server service, thus overwriting the existing file. The default folder location is C:\Program Files (x86)\Millennium 3 .

Restart all classic and .Net process servers.

Stop all instances of the Ready Pay Process Server and ReadyPay .Net Process Server services in your RPO environment.

Copy the MillProcPayroll.dll file you downloaded in Step 3 to every computer in your RPO environment that runs the Ready Pay Process Server service, thus overwriting the existing file. The default folder location is C:\Program Files (x86)\Millennium 3 .

Restart your RPO process server(s).
