2025 October ReadyPay Tax Update and .NET Service Patch Release Notes

  • You must be using ReadyPay version 3.72.0.14 to get the tax updates and deploy this patch.

Install Instructions​

  1. Download the ReadyPayServices_3.72.0.14_patch.zip file from the Releases/ReadyPayDesktop folder on the Taslar FTP server .

  2. Unzip the ReadyPayServices_3.72.0.14_patch.zip file (which contains two ReadyPay .Net Process Server .dll files).

  3. Stop all instances of the ReadyPay .Net Process Server service in your service bureau environment.

  4. Stop all but one instance of the Ready Pay Process Server service on your classic Process Servers in your service bureau environment.

  5. SyncUp to EarnIn Payroll to receive tax updates.

  6. Copy the JobProcessors.dll and Entities.dll files to every ReadyPay .Net Process Server at your service bureau, thus overwriting the existing files. The default folder location is C:\ReadyPayServices\ProcessServer.Net .

  7. Restart all classic and .Net process servers.

  8. SyncUP RPO to ReadyPay to push the tax updates to RPO.

  9. Restart your RPO process server(s).

Note: The patch files are not required to be deployed to your RPO environment.

TAPS-736NY Metropolitan Commuter Transportation Tax (NYMCT) eFile has been updated to the newest specification. Note : These changes are required for Q3 2025 filing.
TAPS-658OH withholding tables have been updated, effective 10/1/2025.
TAPS-686SBNotifications.Net job has been fixed. An issue was introduced in ReadyPay 3.67.0.53 that caused the service to stop sending email notifications.
