Employee Maintenance: Education

Use this tab to record information regarding the employee's educational history.

Use of this tab is completely optional.

Data entered in all the fields on this tab is free form text.

Adding a new Education entry

Click the New (*) Button.

The cursor moves to the field titled School on the Education Sub Tab.

Field NameInformation
SchoolEnter the name of the school.
MajorEnter the name of the major studied at this school.
Degree wardedEnter the name of the degree awarded at this school.
YearEnter the years this school was attended. Enter in yyyy - yyyy format.
GPAEnte the GPA achieved at this school.
ClassesList classes attended at this school.
AwardsEnter any awards received from this school.
NotesEnter any additional information about this school.

Additional Information

The New Version Button on this tab is inactive.

Click the Delete (X) button to remove entries. The following dialogue box will be displayed.

Click Yes to confirm the deletion.

Use the Employee Education Report Type in Report Writer to report on the data in this tab.
