Company Setup: Prevailing Wage

Setup

Until the Prevailing Wage Service (Master Company Setup > Services) is added to a company, the tab looks the this.

Go to Master Company Setup > Services and click the New (*) button. Choose "Prevailing" from the list of services.

The cursor moves to the Start Date field of the Service Setup Sub Tab.

Field Name	Information
Start Date	Start Date defaults to the current check date in Payroll. Adjust accordingly
End Date	Defaults to 12/31/2100. Adjust if necessary.
Service Level	Choose the appropriate service level from the Drop List. Unless you need to record historical Prevailing Wage data as part of a new client conversion, choose a service level of Full.
Edit Properties	There are no editable properties on the Prevailing Wage service

Once completed, navigate to the Prevailing Wage Tab under Company Setup. The tab is now configured to begin the Prevailing Wage setup process.
